Myanmar has been a major tourist destination because of its mystical charm and quiet and religious fervor. Yangoon:
Yangon is the largest city and former capital of Myanmar. The unique charm of the city lies in its brilliant pagodas, old colonial buildings, tree-lined streets, bustling shopping areas and tranquil lakes. The most important attraction of the city is Shwedagon Pagoda, which is also one of the wonders of the world. Rudyard Kipling was inspired both by the charm of this temple and had described "a beautiful glance surprising." Shwedagon Pagoda is one of the most magnificent structures in the world.

Bagan:
This hot tourist destination in Myanmar is home to about 3,000 ancient temples and stupas dating back to the 11th century. With his former recall, the city has been declared as world heritage site of Bagan. The city recorded a significant accumulation of foreign tourists each year.

Mandalay:
The city is considered the cultural center of Myanmar. It is also called the "City of Gems" in the direction of its former name. The favorite tourist destination is located in the heart of the Upper Burma.

Inle Lake:
Inle Lake and the surrounding area are blessed with immense natural beauty and serve as an alternative to the historical sites of Bagan and Mandalay. Inle Lake is also named as one of the most beautiful places in South Asia.

Heho:
The small town of Heho is located in Shan State of Myanmar. The city serves as a major gateway for tourist destinations such as Inle Lake and others. It sits between Taunggyi, the capital of Shan State and Meiktila, the closest major city on the plains of Burma.
